Grants for Heat Pumps
Eco Heat Pumps can offer the following Grants and Incentives
Domestic Grants
Eco Heat Pumps can offer a £1500 on all of our Domestic Ground Source Heat Pump installations for individuals. Terms and Conditions apply. Our partnership with British Gas allows us to do this.
Developer Domestic Grants
Eco Heat Pumps can offer a range of grants on all of our Domestic Ground Source Heat Pump installations for developers. Terms and Conditions apply. Our partnership with British Gas allows us to do this.
Domestic Grants
Under the Low Carbon Building Program (LCBP), England, Wales have grants available of £1,200 per closed loop ground source heating systems.
Under the Scottish Community Household Renewables Initiative (SCHRI), Scotland has grants 30% of total installation costs (including ground works) for both ground and air source heat pumps.
Grants of up to £1500
NB: The above Domestic Grants from LCBP and SCHRI are NOT in addition to the Grant Community and Non-Profit Making Organisations -– LCBP Phase 2.
Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charitable Bodies
Thanks to our partnership with British Gas a grant of 35% of all eligible costs is available under the Low Carbon Building Program Phase 2 for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charitable Bodies.
Companies and Businesses
There are various tax incentives and interest free loans that are available to companies installing ECO Heat Pump systems. These can result in savings of up to 40% on capital costs. The Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme means that a business can claim 100% first-year allowances (FYAs) if it incurs qualifying expenditure on designated energy-saving plant and machinery. Our heat pumps are on the qualifying Energy Technology Product List. Additionally, Energy-Efficiency Loans are available to save you money when you replace your existing equipment with a more energy-efficient version. If you're a small or medium-sized business, you could borrow £5,000 to £100,000 at 0% fixed interest to fund the purchase of your heat pump.
