1 - Existing Boilers & Heat Pumps Technical Support
We are pleased to confirm that we finally have a solution to connect existing boilers to all heat pumps in the range. This means that we can now sell to existing homeowners, but they must understand that they have to retain their existing boiler - unless it is over 15 years old then they should change it anyway. *This service may be chargeable.

2 - The Technical Support
With sharp end practical experience on over 600 installations, Danfoss Heat Pumps UK can offer unrivalled support for your business. Our technical team can help from the design stage right through to on-site installation* and commissioning*, giving complete peace of mind for you and your customer. *This service may be chargeable.

3 - Credit Terms Subject to Status
To become a partner of Danfoss Heat Pumps UK we will require your company to complete a Credit Account Application Form which will allow you to benefit from preferential credit terms subject to status. Please download the form by clicking here and then email to simonp@ecoheatpumps.co.uk.

4 - Heat Pump Design Software (HPC)
To ensure Best Practice is followed at all times it is essential that the correct software is used to design each heat pump system. Your sales consultant will personally train you on HPC operation to ensure that each system is the correct size for each project. He will then register your company and you will receive your own login details.

5 - Marketing Support
Once a Partner of Danfoss Heat Pumps you will be given a username and password to allow you access to a host of useful marketing images, from logos and case studies to high resolution heat pump images for your brochures, exhibition displays and digital media such as your company website.

6 - UK Wide Coverage
Our 600 installations have been undertaken across every county in the UK. We have representation and provide support to every corner of the UK. We have over 10 representatives located around the England, Scotland & Wales ensuring face to face support as required.

7 - Comprehensive Range of GSHP & ASHP
We have a wide range of Heat Pumps for your specific customer application in both Ground Source and Air Source technology. We are confident that we can supply a Heat Pump for most scenarios. We hold a level of stock which will allow us to deliver within a short lead time. Our GSHP range starts from 6kW in single phase, to 6kW to 42kW in three phase supply. Our ASHP range is 6kW to 12kW for single and three phase. All our systems provide Heating & Hot Water and come with pressurised water tanks from 180 litres to 1000 litres.

8 - Cash Back Incentives
As Installers of British Gas and the UK Governments CERT scheme (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target), we are able to offer a cash incentive towards a residential Ground Source Heat Pump installation.

9 - Microgeneration Certification Scheme
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is owned by the department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR formerly the DTI) and is designed to evaluate products and installers against robust criteria for microgeneration technologies, providing greater protection for consumers and ensuring that the Government's (i.e. taxpayers) grant money is spent in an effective manner.
